-Summon: Summons small sea creatures to assist him in battle, the creatures he summons are mutated so they can fly on land, the summon he can do now are small squids and octopus, but he's trying to learn more.(1-2 at a time, though he has to cast a summon for each one)

-Taming: : He can tame small lower level creatures, that will later aid him and be summon-able. When he tames them, he uses a soothing voice that consists of a magic that allows him to communicate with them, so they have a full understanding with one another and become friends.

-Heal: The essence on his skins allows his skin to heal slightly faster than the average human, but not too much faster, he wants to collect his essence to heal others.

Combat Style: He summons his sea friends to help him using their skills to assist him with his water attacks that he projects. Usually only summoning one to two at a time, when he makes new friends. The summon he has now, is a small squid, who uses small ink squirt attacks that can cause slippery surface, and burns when it gets in your eyes. When he fights himself, he uses projectile water/ice attacks/bubbles, which ever he feels he can use for the time. When in defense mode, he's form a small wave or ice wall to block attacks, but he can't do that too long because it takes a lot out of him. He fights best in water, but is working to fight better on land.

History:

Whisper is one of the princes, though not part of the Region Royales, of a secluded culture of mermaids in a small undersea city called Merina. Merina is off into the depths under the Garnet region coasts, though his people were not considered citizens of Voxis.They are a society of their own people, not big on outsiders or new comers and like to stick to their old ways. Some are trying to change things though. His parents want him to rule and take a wife, but he wanted more out of life...Plus a partner was never in his interest at the moment.. He wanted to be out of this secluded town and start journeying to the surface to study abroad and work on his magic, there had to be something up there. Growing up, he always dreamed of going on land, he's heard many stories from others who had gone up there and wanted to see it for himself. He then was given a mysterious necklace, but he doesn't know where it came from, but it allowed him to walk on land with human legs. He learned to love the land, but he still loved the sea as well... While he was up there he made friends in his travels, staying with people who allowed him, but when he didn't find anyone, he'd fend for himself or go back to the sea. He seems to have a thing for caves because of this. After learning about the land with his travels, his heart was in both places, so when he declined the crown, his parents looked to his brothers... but... they still want him to change his mind, deciding not to abandon him for now. He later found Enhalo, and it peaked in interests so he could further his skills, which would make him feel complete, so he quickly went to enroll.

Overview:

Whisper comes off as polite, with a some what confidence and a cutesy edge. He seems to not care what others think and is very nonjudgmental and kind for the most part. He's got a lot of issues to work out but he hopes to truly be happy some day.

Miscellaneous:
-He's a prince, though he knows he has no power on land, and he's completely happy about that, less pressure.
-He likes to cross dress, though he finds no gender in clothes
-He's some what clumsy
-He has a thing for helping people, taking a small interest in nursing. He wants to learn to use healing from the essense on his skin on others.
